Dear Bhai

Always glad to realise that you even with your honest mediocracy are some kind of an inspiration to your younger sibling. It just makes you more responsible towards being an elder brother.

This is something that Banku wrote for me on my 31st birthday.

Dear Bhai,

I hated you then for hitting me all the time when I said something (not) funny. 

I hated you then for all clothes that became mine as they couldn't fit you anymore. 

I hated it then when I was denied a new bicycle, instead was given yours. 

I hated it then to wait for my turn to play video games.

I hated it then to ask you the password of the computer.

I hated it then when I was told to obey and that I was small.

I hated it then to see I was short and that you were tall.

Ohhhh wait, none of the above happened as far as I member, member berry,
these are general sibling rivalries, what I had was an exception.

I was learning to speak, you were biting my cheek. 

I was being pampered as a toddler, you were struggling with alphabets. 

I received my pricey birthday gift, you were given a bat, not a cricket kit.

I wanted to eat ice-cream, you missed the movie on the big screen.

I turned into a nasty teen, you grew up an adult. 

I loved your old worn jeans.
I loved your ridden rugged converse,

I loved the songs in your music folders,
I loved the dvd's of your movie collection,

My pink floyds were yours my hotel californias were yours, 

You were the definition of cool to me, 
Now you are the definition of ideal to me.

Happy 31st, although I sincerely do not take a birthday as an event to be proud of, let alone be celebrated, (its an elaborate scam bhaiya! :P)

So, today; lets just be elated and celebrate the cool you are. That can be done!
Have an amazing day, everyday. I wish you get everything in life. Eat good, drink better, travel to amazing places (if) wanderlusting is your thing :P and continue the awesomeness streak!
